Your Space Bozeman is a locally owned and operated business offering top-notch storage solutions to our community. We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service and keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and prospective tenants.
- Process payments accurately and post them promptly.
- Review Lease Agreements and collect signatures.
- Assist with lead follow-up and rental reservations.
- Help answer phones and respond to emails.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning on units after tenant move-out.
- Assist with snow removal and spreading salt during winter months.
- Other tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Availability: Monday & Tuesday (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM), Thursday (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM), and some Saturdays.
