This position will be responsible for the Overall manufacturing system, integration with thesupply chain, and will be responsible for the SMT Line Processing- to lead the day-to-day SMT manufacturingprocess. Functional Responsibilities :
Will be Manufacturing Engineer, once up and running then could develop into Processengineer. This position is a hands-on engineer that will be making the product. Maintain healthand safety regulations to stay in compliance. Oversees and assesses existing process andworkflow. Assembles reports to document status and changes. Track metrics to discover areasfor improvement and monitor upgrades. Communicates findings and proposals to uppermanagement. Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriateproduction strategies. Provides through instructions for successful implementation of processchanges. Conducts risk assessments. Assess compliance with applicable safety and qualitystandards. Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Recommendations on how to make a process better, writing SOP's, establish a training programfor specific areas.
