- Provide a professional opinion on the loss, such as identifying the number of roof layers, assessing if the shingle is discontinued, or other factors necessitating roof replacement not immediately apparent from visual inspection alone.

- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure timely scheduling, accurate recording of inspection findings, and effective communication with stakeholders.
