Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities.
- Ability to relocate to Shirley, AR preferred.
