- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform treatment planning and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to autism and behavioral health
