**Conduct Assessments and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans**

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Your Way ABA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and goals for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices in applied behavior analysis
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality care
• Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Strong background in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, including experience in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques, including behavioral skills training and functional analysis
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to autism and behavioral health
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
