We are seeking a skilled Certified Autism Therapist to join our team at Your Way ABA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and a proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
About the Role:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities.
