Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote consistency and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment goals
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
