You’ll be at the forefront of building lasting relationships with clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our clients technology. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and strategist, ensuring our customers achieve their goals and grow their businesses with our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of products.
- Monitor client performance and provide insights to optimize the value they receive from our solutions.
- Proactively address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to align our solutions with clients’ evolving needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
About You
You’re a proactive, empathetic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You bring a unique blend of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and technical aptitude to help our clients succeed.
Key Requirements
- 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or restaurant tech.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
