As they continue to grow their US team, we’re looking for a dynamic Onboarding & Support Specialist to join our passionate team and ensure seamless adoption of our solutions within the higher education sector with 3 keys aspect being, Onboarding, Training and helping with Learning Design.
About the Role:
As an Onboarding & Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client success by delivering exceptional training, support, and onboarding experiences to academic stakeholders along with Learning Design.. Your expertise in higher education and passion for transformative learning will help faculty, staff, and students unlock the full potential of our EdTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with academic institutions to design tailored onboarding programs that meet their unique needs.
- Lead engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) to empower faculty and staff with confidence in using our platform.
- Develop and deliver clear, user-friendly training materials, guides, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding projects, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any challenges.
- Gather feedback from end-users to continuously improve onboarding strategies and product usage.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, product, and customer success) to align client expectations and deliver outstanding service.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in higher education and online learning to better serve clients and inform internal initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in higher education, either within a learning and development, instructional design, or training role.
- Familiarity with EdTech tools, learning management systems (LMS), or similar platforms.
- Experience with Training, onboarding and learning design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong project management skills.
- Passion for education, technology, and helping others succeed.
