Position Summary
The CNO / COO will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and clinical leadership for the organization. This dual role ensures high-quality patient care while driving operational efficiencies. The individual will have significant autonomy to make decisions that align with the hospital’s mission and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead nursing and operational teams to achieve and exceed quality and performance goals.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives supporting clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards of care.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staffing models, to maintain low interim / temporary staff usage and exceptional nursing-to-patient ratios.
- Serve as a champion for Pathway to Excellence initiatives and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive sustainable growth and enhance community impact.
