Rocket Systems Inc., doing business as YourLabelHere, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to help manufacture high-quality dietary supplements. This role is crucial in ensuring our capsules, tinctures, and gummies meet the highest FDA and GMP standards.
Prior experience working in an FDA-regulated and GMP-compliant environment is required for this position!

***Responsibilities:
- Pick and stage materials.
- Accurately measure and dispense items into equipment according to process instructions; properly document and account for material used in the production batch.
- Blend and pack according to manufacturing instructions.
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards.
- Adjust machine components and tension and pressure according to product specifications.
- Remove rejected items from machines and separate rejected items.
- Regulate machine flow, speed, temperatures, and weights to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to the technician or supervisor.
- Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized processing area in compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Set up machines and tear down for sanitation.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance as instructed by the supervisor or maintenance technician.
- Maintain plant cleanliness, performing duties outlined in the Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation rules and regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Document and verify activities supporting Company Food Safety & Quality Assurance Programs.
- Take an active role in team building within the production staff.
- Train and cross-train employees to comply with safety, production, and sanitation SOPs correctly and safely.
- Communicate issues and important information to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Maintain open communication and working relationships with all departments, including QA/QC, Production, and Maintenance.
- Maintain a positive work environment for co-workers.
- Adhere to company policies and core values.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Flexibility to volunteer for overtime and weekend shifts when possible.
***Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset.
- Knowledge of safety practices, including chemical safety, chemical handling, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and industry-standard procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and allergens.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work safely and maintain awareness of surroundings.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, Adobe, etc.).
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods on hard floors.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., push/pull carts and pallet jacks, and operate other material handling equipment.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
***Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience preferred within related fields.
- Food processing or pharmaceutical experience is a plus!
- Forklift certification is a plus!
- Familiarity using computers and computer programs (MS Office, Google Drive, Adobe, etc.).
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize high-demand tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience supporting and motivating a team.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
