We are looking for a Community Manager who shares our vision and executes on revolutionizing people’s car repair experience. As an ideal candidate, you are a people-person and a hands-on problem solver. You have a relentless, “get-it-done” attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for training new mechanic partners, mentoring existing partners, ensuring quality, and building a sense of community within our nation-wide mechanic fleet.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Mechanic Partner Relations : Recruit, onboard, and mentor mechanic partners.
- Mechanic Partner Support : Provide support to mechanic partners and address the day-to-day issues of mechanic partners on our platform via phone and email.
- Improve fleet quality based on ratings and other performance metrics.
- Proactively seek opportunities for fleet growth and improvement (processes, policies, and logistics).
