Commercial Insurance Producer Responsibilities:
- Market and sell new Commercial insurance policies
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Cross sell current book of business
- Maintain confidentiality
Commercial Insurance Producer Qualifications:
- Ability to work in-office preferred
- Currently have, or ability to quickly obtain P&C Insurance Licenses for Washington and Oregon

- Proficiently use MS Office, agency management systems (e.g Hawksoft or Salesforce) and Slack for communication
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
