Position: Commercial Insurance Producer – Property & Casualty
Location: Woodbridge/ Fredericksburg area (Hybrid available, VA residency preferred)
Compensation: Salary Commission (starting at $45,000 - $65,000 per year)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Market and sell new Commercial Insurance policies
✅ Meet and exceed sales goals
✅ Cross-sell within the current book of business
✅ Maintain confidentiality and client trust
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or Account Manager
- Ability to work in-office preferred (Hybrid available), but In the NOVA area is acceptable
- P&C Insurance Licenses for Virginia (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Extra points for proficiency in MS Office, Hawksoft/Salesforce, Slack
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
