We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our service team. In our agency, the sales team starts the insurance relationship, and our service team nurtures and maintains it by providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- Build trust with customers through clear and helpful communication.
- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up when promised and provide knowledgeable coverage advice.
- Assist customers with claims, billing issues, and underwriting concerns.
- Deliver "WOW" service—going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Who You Are:
- A team player who genuinely cares about people.
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Licensed insurance agent with 3 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of insurance principles and coverages.
