Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Nightlife Weekend Bartenders to join our vibrant team. As a Nightlife Weekend Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests during weekend nightlife events.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in accordance with standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor customer behavior and enforce alcohol regulations responsibly.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a nightlife or high-volume setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation techniques, and bar equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.
