Status: Full-Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: The Cumberland County program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide administrative assistance and office support for all aspects of the program.
- Serve as the office receptionist, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls.
- Prepare weekly paperwork, intake paperwork, new hire paperwork, and manage payroll processing.
- Maintain confidential participant and personnel records.
- Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, keeping a professional manner with staff, participants, families, and service providers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates degree in business administration is preferred but not required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of using various database type systems is helpful
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Availability to work some evenings
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage required.
