What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Manager position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Cullman County Program.
- Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Must be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 – Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
- Must have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
Qualifications/Requirements: Associates degree is preferred but not required. Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Knowledge and experience using database type software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Some evenings may be required.
