What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Full-Time Salaried FLSA classification: Exempt
Summary of Position: The Clinical Supervisor supervises the provision of behavioral health services provided by the Outpatient Clinicians. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor will assume an active role in improving his/her department/program outcome and overall organizational performance through participation in agency quality improvement activities.
Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
- A minimum of 5 years full time mental health experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. A minimum of 2 years full time experience providing supervisory experience.
- Licensed preferred.
Bi-Lingual/Spanish speaking is preferred
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
