What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Mental Health Professional position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: The primary responsibilities of the Community Based Child and Family Counselor – QMHP- C is to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct clinical interventions with assigned youth and their families.
- All service plans will be developed via a strength based approach, using a comprehensive wrap-around model that engages the primary caregiver(s), as well as the Youth.
- Position offers flexible hours, a competitive salary, and supervision for licensure for LCSW-supervisees.
This is not an office job.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in human services and 1 year of experience working with children in a clinical setting.
- QMHP-C certificate
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage
