Job Description:
A part-time hourly position is available for an Advocate to serve youth and families in Gladwin County. The ideal candidate will be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
- Use a strength-based approach with the wrap-around model to create service plans
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage required
