WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and maintain work schedules for agency-owned properties.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Perform mechanically oriented tasks and work with hands.
- Exhibit familiarity with various equipment types.
- Work effectively under general supervision.
- Possess base-level knowledge of plumbing, electrical, construction, and air-conditioning to identify issues and consult licensed professionals as needed.
- Be punctual and reliable for work.
- Uphold principles of Equal Employment Opportunity, dignity, and respect in the workplace.
- Maintain YFA properties in line with agency standards.
- Create site-specific schedules with flexibility as needed.
- Perform occasional tasks at non-agency sites, such as furniture assembly and light furniture moving.
- Review, complete, and close site-specific custodial/maintenance tasks in FMX.
- Conduct required preventive maintenance at assigned sites.
- Ensure grounds are professional in appearance and address safety issues.
- Complete paperwork timely and maintain required documentation.
- Maintain equipment and storage areas.
- Purchase items for maintenance tasks and process payments.
- Wear protective gear and prioritize safety in all duties.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
- Work cooperatively in a team setting.
- Show respect and deliver quality customer service.
- Take direction and guidance from supervisors.
- Adhere to the agency’s mission statement and core values.

Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED: High school diploma, GED, or vocational education with experience in maintenance/custodial services, equipment, and hand tools.
Physical Requirements: Good general physical condition with ability to do heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
