Finance Business Office Manager is responsible for improving processes and resolving issues related to the oversight of medical records and medical billing within the agency. Facilitates billing processes with standardized practices and assists with accounting and customer service. Responsible for all components of financial reporting, data entry and payroll. The Finance Business Office Manager has strong interpersonal skills to assist professionals and use their problem-solving abilities to resolve business, finance related issues.
· Creates agency reports
· Assists management team with audits, site, reviews, preparing grant proposals and reports, policy review
· Serves as member of the management team
· Maintain records of Treatment and Intake Team Meetings, service logs, indirect notes, board meetings and board members.
· Submit/Renew Charitable Organization registration, SAMS, Tax Exempt Status, Open Board Meeting Dates
· Document/File Worker’s Comp incidences and submit annually to OSHA
· Review annual W2s and 1099s
· Monthly billing to OJA
· Prepare finance reports and attend Board Finance Committee meetings
· Prepares payroll
1) Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred or 3 years of experience in a service delivery office.
2) Proactive, task-oriented, have great communication and diplomatic skills
3) Creative and resourceful
4) Familiar and comfortable with computer technology, excel spreadsheets, QuickBooks and Paycom
5) Billing and coding experience is highly recommended for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
