Office Manager is responsible for improving processes and resolving issues related to the oversight of medical records and medical billing within the agency. Facilitates billing processes with standardized practices and assists with accounting and customer service. Responsible for components of reporting, data entry and payroll. Office Manager has strong interpersonal skills to assist professionals and use their problem-solving abilities to resolve business related issues.
a. Human Resources and Record Management
b. Submit/Renew Charitable Organization registration, SAMS, Tax Exempt Status, Open Board Meeting Dates
c. Document/File Worker's Comp incidences and submit annually to OSHA
d. Review annual w2 and 1099s
e. Monthly OJA and Medicaid billing
f. Grant invoicing, preparing, and reporting
g. Compliance management and policy development
h. Budgeting
i. Prepares audits
j. Documents board meetings
k. New Hire Onboarding
l. Marketing and Communications
1) Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred and 3 years of experience in a service delivery office.
2) Proactive, task-oriented, have great communication and diplomatic skills
3) Creative and resourceful
4) Familiar and comfortable with computer technology, excel spreadsheets and Paycom
5) Billing and coding experience is highly recommended for this position.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
