YCS is a dynamic mental/behavioral health organization that is growing rapidly.
Sawtelle Lawnridge provides intensive behavioral interventions for children, ages 5-21, with developmental and intellectual disabilities (including autism and co-occurring behavioral.
YCS is seeking a highly motivated, professional BCBA for a full time position.

Duties Include but not limited to:
- Participate in initial consumer interviews/ assessment.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop Behavior Support Plans & data collection systems
- Train staff in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies.
- Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures.
- Train families in implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended strategies.
- Work under direction of Vice President of ABA Services
Requirements:
BCBA Certification
Experience required: 1 - 3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
All new hires are required to attend a 3 day orientation: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-5:00 pm, upon hire.
