What You’ll Do
As an intern, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute to important HR functions like:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Learn how to attract top talent by crafting job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and creating a welcoming experience.
- Employee Engagement
- Collaborate on fun and meaningful staff recognition programs and events.
- Analyze employee feedback and help enhance workplace culture.
- HR Operations
- Get hands-on experience managing employee records and assisting with compliance tasks.
- Learn the ins and outs of payroll, timekeeping, and policy development.
- Special Projects
