SUMMARY:
As a Volunteer Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing client supervision and assisting full-time staff in daily operations. Your support will help ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment for clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in monitoring clients during daily routine activities.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate Life Skills groups.
- Help prepare meals and assist with snack time.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and client areas.
- Organize and facilitate on-campus activities for clients.
- Document interactions and activities in client files.
- Assist with client intakes and discharges.
- Respond to crisis calls as needed.
- Support client development and engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
- Provide supervision and assistance to clients under staff guidance.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have demonstrable child-care experience.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and assist with clean-up and meal preparation as needed.
