As a Front Desk Associate at our Coram location, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to ensure that they have a positive experience with our location. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling lessons, managing customer inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments to help meet our enrollment and revenue goals. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our location runs smoothly and efficiently.
