Job Overview :
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support two of our flagship brands : i9 Sports and US Sports Camps. This role involves creating a wide variety of print, digital, and animated marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a versatile designer, skilled in both conceptual and tactical design, and capable of adapting to the unique aesthetic needs of both brands.

The Job :
Design and Development
Conceptualize and update designs for seasonal campaigns across various media.Produce marketing materials, such as logos, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website visuals, billboards, and newsletters for print and digital channels.Create templatized assets in Canva for use by internal teams and franchisees.Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines to maintain consistency and integrity across both i9 Sports and US Sports Camps.Stay current with industry trends and incorporate fresh, innovative design ideas into projects.Project Organization and Delivery
Properly package and organize design files for smooth handoff upon project completion by adhering to industry best practices.Assist in creating and organizing the company's Canva asset library for efficient collaboration and easy access.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.Collaboration and Quality Assurance
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create designs that meet business objectives and resonate with the target audience.Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs meet the highest quality standards.Work with the Creative Project Manager to understand client needs and refine project requirements during discovery calls.The Ideal Candidate Possesses :
Design Proficiency :
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is a plus.Creative & Collaborative Skills :
Strong attention to detail, versatility across media (social, print, email), and ability to work collaboratively with teams. A passion for sports and knowledge of sports culture is desirable.Experience & Education :
3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in sports, youth programs, or events. BA in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
