{YEL!} offers after-school and summer enrichment camps for kids. We have operated since 2004 and have programs in hundreds of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa communities.
We are looking for a Regional Director for our Madison, WI branch to help us meet our mission to engage youth to think , learn and play well .

Prior Experience with after school classes, work with children, or community education is highly valued.
Pay: This is a commission-based position with a base salary of $32,000 per year. The commission is 60% of profit for each {YEL!} operating quarter. For example, if the regional director brings in $75,000 in profit, 60% of the profit would be $45,000, of which $30,000 has already been paid. So $15,000 is still owed on the earned commission.
Hours: Hours vary based on the season. This is a commission-based job, but the director must be available during the hours before classes are taught and during class times. Typically, this would be:
- School Year: From the last week of August through the first week of June, most classes occur between 2:00 pm-5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays. The director must be available at those times in case of subbing needs. The director must also be available for YEL semi-monthly Pulse meetings (Wednesdays, 10:30am-noon during the school year). We also have tri-annual meetings that are TBD and will require travel.
- Summer: From the second week of June through the third week of August, classes are held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must also be available for YEL's semi-monthly Pulse meetings (time and day TBD).
- NOTE: The director must also check emails, texts, and voicemails daily, and sometimes hourly, for teaching scheduling issues and sub needs.
