Summary
The Facilitator for the Facilitating All Resources Effectively (FARE) program coordinates and facilitates Child Family Team meetings for families who have a non-detained, detained, or voluntary case with Children Services Division. The purpose is to provide a safe and empowering environment for families to become engaged in the development of a placement plan for their children and a case plan for themselves.
Education and/or Experience
The Facilitator for the Facilitating All Resources Effectively (FARE) program coordinates and facilitates Child Family Team meetings for families who have a non-detained, detained, or voluntary case with Children Services Division. The purpose is to provide a safe and empowering environment for families to become engaged in the development of a placement plan for their children and a case plan for themselves.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred
- At least 3 years working experience in related field preferred
- Possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s License
The estimated base pay for the Facilitator is $22.00 - $25.00 an hour; additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefit program is available for qualifying position.
