Summary
Under the guidance of the 6th Street Program Manager and Program Coordinator, this position functions as a member of the 6th Street team and serves the agency by coordinating services for transition age youth (TAY) placed in Transitional Housing, and the Master Lease Program. This position provides case management, individual and group behavioral support counseling to program participants and is a key liaison with other agencies and service providers.
Education and/or Experience
Under the guidance of the 6th Street Program Manager and Program Coordinator, this position functions as a member of the 6th Street team and serves the agency by coordinating services for transition age youth (TAY) placed in Transitional Housing, and the Master Lease Program. This position provides case management, individual and group behavioral support counseling to program participants and is a key liaison with other agencies and service providers.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, or related field preferred
- Experience working with “at-risk” youth and/or homeless youth
- Valid, and in good standing California Driver License
- Understanding of a supportive housing setting for youth and young adults
- Knowledge of group processes
- Understanding of interpersonal relationships
- Contemporary understanding of youth and the skills needed to facilitate their growth/development
- Knowledge of crisis intervention
The estimated base pay for Housing Case Manager is $20.00 to $26.00, additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefit program is available for qualifying position.

Salary : $20 - $26
