- Create and maintain timely and accurate records of all vehicle transactions including donations, purchases and sales.
- Timely and accurate processing of vehicle title transfers and liaison with BMV
- Timely follow up with sales leads, customer service requests and vehicle donor inquiries
- Create and maintain vehicle Donor records and correspondence
- Reflect personal and organizational professionalism and competence
- No restrictions to becoming licensed to sell cars in Ohio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrated proficiency with office equipment and computer software applications including MS Office and industry specific software.
- Notary Public certification
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
Vehicle Transaction Records
- Arrange and maintain schedule for vehicle pickup appointments
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchase, sales and donation transaction records
- Timely and accurate reporting to EAS, Shared Service and Donor Relations
- Timely and accurate processing of vehicle titles for transfer to and from Equip Auto Sales for vehicle purchases, donations and sales
- Maintain Notary Public credentials and notarize titles for transfer as required in accordance with BMV requirements
- Deliver and pickup titles from BMV and correspond as required
- Timely response and follow up to all sales, customer service and donor inquiries via email, websites, text or phone calls.
- Notify staff of inquiries and follow up to assure a timely response
- Timely and accurate Donor Tracking data entry and reporting
- Timely mail correspondence with donors
- Maintain records as required
- Prepare and submit tax documentation for sold vehicles
- Assure that the sales office is clean, organized and professional at all times
- Timely and accurate processing of receipts and other financial transactions
- Provide administrative support to the EAS, Donor Relations and Shared Services teams as requested
