What you’ll do:
- Coordinate exchange students’ activities and experiences locally
- Recruit and work with host families to make sure everyone feels supported
- Organize events and outings that showcase local culture
- Offer guidance and encouragement to students adjusting to a new environment and mediate minor issues between host family and student
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in international exchange (study abroad or hosting an international student)
- Positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities at once
- A passion for helping young people grow and learn
