As a Local Coordinator, you’ll:
- Recruit new host families and study abroad students in your area
- Be the local point of contact for exchange students and their families
- Assist with the logistics of cultural exchange programs
- Plan fun events that showcase your community’s culture
- Help students feel at home in a new environment and mediate minor issues between host family and student
What makes you great for this role:
- Previous experience with international exchange (study abroad, hosting, etc.)
- Passionate about youth and cultural education
- Problem solver who’s calm under pressure
- Super organized and a good communicator
