LEADERSHIP COORDINATOR:
Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males between the ages 12 to 18 who have experienced mental and behavioral difficulties. Our students do well in structured environments where they receive quality one-on-one support from youth mentors, therapists, and teachers.
We are looking for a LEADERSHIP COORDINATOR who will work as a part of the administrative team at the home.
Position OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to oversee client and staff files, manage inventory, handle financial matters, and provide essential administrative support. This leadership position will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting both staff and clients within our behavioral health organization. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to step in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Maintain and organize required files for clients and staff, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Update and submit weekly PRS notes and send regular emails to client team members to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage and organize inventory for the facility’s menu, ensuring that food supplies are stocked and food permits are up to date for staff and facility use.
- Oversee the management of client allowances and maintain accurate records of client expenses, receipts, and balances.
- Handle incident reporting, including tracking and documentation of incidents, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide support by covering shifts as needed when staff members call in.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent care for clients.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and provide support as needed.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and child/adolescent development.
- Previous experience in managing client and staff files, inventory, or financial tracking is a plus.
- Flexibility to cover shifts and provide additional support in a fast-paced environment.
This is a FULL TIME hourly position. Looking for SUNDAY - THURSDAY or SATURDAY - WEDNESDAY availability.
Starting pay is: $19.23 - $22.00 per hour!! (Annual of $40,000 - $46,000) PLUS MONTHLY BONUS INCENTIVE PROGRAM: Up to 250$ bonus per month.

Qualifications
-MUST be 21 Years of Age
-Must be able to pass background check
-Bachelor's degree preferred
