The attachment framework puts relationships at the center of treatment and creates a sense of security, connection, and belonging for children and their families.

This Position Is Responsible For
- Working with youth ages 4-14.
- Maintain group living and care.
- Meet individual client needs.
- Maintain program structure.
- This position is eligible for paid Practicum.
- Valid Drivers license
- Annual Leave up to 80 hours per year
- Bonus Leave at the rate of 16 hours for each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year. (WOW! Almost 5 weeks of vacation total)
- Exceptional Leave (illness or injury) up to 96 hours per year

- Health Insurance. Youth Homes pays 85% of employee's premium.
