We're looking for a Overnight Residential Assistant!
This is an overnight position! Hours are 12 a - 8 a Monday through Friday, rotating weekends 12 a - 12 p. Holiday availability required.

Key Responsibilities:
Youth Engagement & Supervision
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for youth during overnight hours.
- Monitor youth compliance with rules and provide support as needed.
- Administer morning medications and conduct regular room checks.
- Assist with problem-solving and build trusting relationships with youth.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Attend weekly staff and care team meetings to ensure seamless coordination.
- Actively participate in discussions and problem-solving efforts.
- Share insights to enhance youth engagement strategies.
- Actively participate in professional development
Facility Upkeep & Administrative Support
- Perform light to deep cleaning as needed to maintain a safe, clean space.
- Complete accurate data entry to document youth progress and program updates.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for Youth Development – You care about making a difference.
Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using G-Suite, Zoom, and data entry tools
.Excellent Communication Skills – Active listening, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Adaptability & Critical Thinking – Ability to navigate challenges and think on your feet.
Qualifications:
Experience working with youth or families (social work, psychology, sociology, or related field preferred).
Familiarity with Positive Youth Development, Trauma-Informed Care, or Motivational Interviewing is a plus.
Basic to intermediate computer skills (email, spreadsheets, virtual communication).21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to meet youth in their homes or communities.
