Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Facilitator of Learning, you will:
Craft engaging lessons aligned with our innovative curriculum.
Collaborate with colleagues to create immersive, project-based learning experiences.
Cultivate an inclusive classroom that celebrates diversity and fosters support.
Utilize student data to tailor instruction to individual learning needs.
Drive your professional growth through continuous development.

Dedicate yourself to erasing proficiency gaps and enhancing student achievement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Valid Rhode Island State Secondary Certification.
Current B.C.I.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, urban teaching preferred.
Bilingual and MLL dual certification strongly desired.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
Citizenship, residency, or valid work visa.
