YouthCentric is actively seeking a dedicated, organized, and relationship-driven professional to serve as our Onsite Program Supervisor and Donor Engagement Coordinator. This unique hybrid part-time role blends hands-on youth program leadership with behind-the-scenes donor engagement.
This role will average 20 hours per week and is fully funded with grants in place for the next two years, with plans to expand the role & responsibilities from there.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership – College Leader Supervision (~60%)
- Oversee onsite program sessions for our Matched for Good after school and B3 Experience summer programs, fostering a safe and engaging environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and support college student leaders. Hold weekly preparation sessions and communicate weekly schedules with team members.
- Oversee student check-in/out, attendance tracking, and troubleshoot program needs.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to college leaders to build their facilitation and leadership skills.
- Assist in the interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training processes for college leaders each semester.
- Manage storage, transportation, and distribution of program materials/supplies, snacks, & drinks for each program session as well as documenting consumption.
- Coordinate ordering of community service project supplies, storage, transportation, and distribution to college leaders and teams.
- Build and strengthen relationships with school administrators & school contacts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Donor Engagement Coordinator (~40%)
- Draft and send donor communications including acknowledgments, newsletters, thank-you letters, and campaign updates.
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events or donor appreciation initiatives.
- Research potential funding sources and support writing of grant proposals and reports.
- Maintain donor database records and track contributions using CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Help develop marketing content related to program impact and student success stories.
- Assist with light research on potential donors or funding partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- During Fall and Spring Semesters: 10 weeks, M-TH, 2:00PM – 6:00PM on-site at high schools in Cobb County as well as in Cherokee/ Bartow/ Paulding counties.
- During Summer Semester: 4-6 weeks, M-TH, 8:00AM – 5:00PM on-site.
- Administrative, writing, and development duties will primarily be Remote with occasional meetings at our Kennesaw office location.
- Compensation will be $40/ hour.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field. Master’s degree and/or LCSW certification a plus.
- 3 years supervisory / leadership / people management experience. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, or supervising young adults (e.g. college leaders, interns).
- Comfortable leading groups and managing program logistics onsite.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to write persuasively for grants and donor materials.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage both in-person coordination and backend donor administration.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage information to program participants, community/ school leaders, and staff.
- Familiar with or eager to learn donor management tools (CRM), Google Workspace, and email platforms.
- Ability to lift and move 40 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check including Criminal Record check according to company policy.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in fundraising or grant writing for a nonprofit.
- Knowledge of local community resources or school systems.
