- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, must have flexibility to work in the day and occasional evening.

YouthLink is a recognized leader in the Twin Cities and beyond for our work to build pathways of opportunity for homeless youth and youth in crisis ages 16 – 24. Our model is based on providing support through outreach, handling basic needs, intervention, and aftercare. Our youth-focused team provides innovative, evidence-based services that guide youth on a holistic level toward futures of education, employment, health and wellness, housing stability and aftercare.
We are looking for a Supervisor in our Scattered Site Housing team to oversee day to day operations of our Scattered Site housing program which includes Rapid Rehousing, In-Reach, Hearth Connection, FYI, and Housing Trust Fund, and help us advance our mission within our housing community. As a Scattered Site Supervisor, you will supervise multiple case-managers operating in different programs and be responsible for ensuring inclusive, responsive, meaningful, and productive activities and case management services that are well-organized, integrated and provided to young people. With our staff, this position will conduct regular 1x1 meetings, team meetings, annual performance reviews, monitor and coordinate individual employee schedules, ensuring accurate timekeeping, overseeing employee development efforts, hiring/terminations, training/onboarding, and taking disciplinary action where necessary. At this time YouthLink does not offer relocation or US work visa sponsorship.

Required Experience for entry into position:
- 3 years of experience in direct services at a supervisory level, including case management.
- 3 years of experience working with individuals in a housing environment.
- 2 years working and managing HMIS/Client Track and Apricot systems.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that is acceptable to the company’s Vehicle Use policy.

- Comfort with Microsoft Office applications as well as exhibit an ability to learn and utilize handheld applications systems and other electronic recording systems.
