As a Partner Operations Manager within Music, you will provide YouTube support to Major Labels and Independent labels. You will become a YouTube product expert, solve the day-to-day issues of our music partners, troubleshoot technical problems, and identify common trends that our music partners face. You will also be responsible for advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams to drive product solutions, development of tools and process improvements that enhance internal operations, and improvements to the partner experience on YouTube. You will work closely with other partner-facing teams to provide value-add services to help increase partner happiness and growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,000-$127,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a project management or a client-facing support role.
- Experience working in the Music industry, with Music stakeholders, or in Music Rights Management.
- Knowledge of SQL and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Ability to be proactive, make constructive suggestions, and come up with innovative ways to scale initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working to drive projects to completion with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform via email and video communication. Troubleshoot technical issues to enable Partners to maximize their performance on the platform.
- Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product. Work with assigned Partner Managers and Partner Engineers on understanding account and sharing insights for partner growth.
- Identify opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement. Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating actionable insights.
- Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis. Streamline the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
