About the job
As a Product Lead within Business Technology at YouTube, you will lead content partnerships organizations to drive partner success and product adoption. You will define the goal and strategy in partnership with cross-functional (XFN) teams focused User Experience (UX), strategy, analytics, and more, you will build and socialize the narrative with stakeholders and business leadership, and lead the execution of this work across XFN teams, creating opportunity for peers and for users along the way.
You will play many roles, like from defining product strategy and requirements, to working with UX team to design excellent user experiences, to partnering with BizTech engineering and XFN analytics teams on systems design, to launching and landing new and improved capabilities for users, working with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Program Management (PgM) teams. You will deeply evaluate, document, and prioritize user and business needs, scope technical solutions, identify risks, and build materials to communicate strategy, goals, milestones, and tradeoffs with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
