What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creator Success Manager position at Yowant?

We’re looking for a Creator Success Manager (Brand Partnerships & Community Growth) with 3 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or social commerce. This role is focused on working closely with brands to match them with the right creators, optimize short video performance, and drive GMV growth on TikTok Shop. Additionally, you will lead creator training initiatives and manage our Discord community, ensuring influencers have the right knowledge, resources, and engagement to succeed.

If you have a strong background in influencer marketing, a passion for training and community engagement, and Spanish language skills (a plus!), we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

πŸ”Ή Brand Collaboration & Strategy – Partner with brands to identify and onboard the right TikTok creators who align with their audience and sales goals.

πŸ”Ή Creator Activation & Performance Management – Train and guide influencers on crafting high-converting short video content that drives GMV growth.

πŸ”Ή Community Engagement (Discord Management) – Build and maintain an active creator community on Discord, sharing updates, best practices, and fostering collaboration.

πŸ”Ή Ongoing Creator Training – Develop training sessions, workshops, and resources to help influencers improve their content strategy, sales techniques, and platform performance.

πŸ”Ή Data-Driven Optimization – Monitor creator performance, analyze content effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign results.

πŸ”Ή Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building – Establish and nurture long-term relationships with a network of mid-tier creators, ensuring ongoing collaborations.

πŸ”Ή Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with internal teams (Live, TAP) to align influencer strategies with broader brand and platform objectives.

πŸ”Ή Market Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, identify new opportunities for brand-creator partnerships, and recommend best practices for scaling sales.

What We’re Looking For

βœ”οΈ 3 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce (TikTok Shop experience preferred).

βœ”οΈ Experience in training and mentoring influencers, with a strong ability to educate and guide them toward better performance.

βœ”οΈ Familiarity with Discord community management, ensuring creators stay engaged and informed.

βœ”οΈ Strong understanding of short-form video marketing and how to drive sales through creator content.

βœ”οΈ Experience working with brands and helping them leverage influencer partnerships for revenue growth.

βœ”οΈ Excellent communication & negotiation skills – Able to manage relationships with both creators and brands effectively.

βœ”οΈ Data-driven mindset – Skilled at analyzing performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.

βœ”οΈ Highly organized & proactive – Comfortable handling multiple campaigns, creators, and brand partners simultaneously.

βœ”οΈ Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
