Minimum Requirements:

RN License or currently have Compact License

1 year of Acute Care experience (preferred)

Must have ICU, PCU, LTAC, TCU (stepdown) experience (preferred)

BLS and ACLS certification required within 60 days of employment

Ability to assess patients quickly during emergency situations in stressful environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Superior analytical and critical thinking skills

Team, detail, and goal-oriented

Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Expected hours: 36 per week

Shifts available: Day and Night

Hourly rate: Up to $58/hr blended rate with base and travel per diem.

Standard shift:

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records systems.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing through continuous learning and training.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines to ensure quality patient care.
