Duties

• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the retail space, ensuring products are displayed effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize Excel for tracking inventory data and generating reports as needed.
• Support automotive service operations by assisting with basic automotive repair tasks when necessary.
• Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Background in automotive service or repair is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
