YPM has an exciting opportunity for a smart, talented, metrics-driven Digital Marketing Analyst who has hands-on experience executing daily operations of media planning, placement, and reporting. You will work closely with the digital team on day-to-day management of online/digital media campaigns and will be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance marketing data, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time and reflect a high standard.
The ideal candidate is one who is detail-oriented, has strong project management skills, is comfortable analyzing large data sets, and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute upon deliverables, gather/organize/provide marketing assets required to launch campaigns.
- Collect data/results from media campaigns through databases and related systems, and update and maintain reports on campaign performance and metrics.
- Collaborate with the Client Services/Sales team to ensure client online/digital media campaigns and marketing initiatives are reaching mutual objectives.
- Analyze and track data for statistical modeling purposes; interpret data trends, identifying key findings, further optimization of campaign, and go-forward recommendations.
- Integrate complex marketing data/results into a succinct, clear, and aesthetical format.
- Communicate with team members and vendors on campaign developments, timelines, and results.
- Respond timely and accurately to team members and client requests and special projects.
- Monitor client reporting and project deadlines to ensure all items are completed timely and accurately.
- Assist with preparation of business meeting materials for client meetings/presentations.
- Support the team in developing solutions and providing strategic/specialized reports.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing research, sales analytics, or related field (prior agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising measurement and market research methods.
- High computer literacy, with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (including pivot tables and vlookup).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond with appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with managing Affiliate and Pay Per Call marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience setting monthly budgets, pacing budgets, and working collaboratively with vendor partners.
- Proven ability to navigate complex data sets and conduct statistical analyses
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to organize findings and translate into actionable insights.
- Experience leveraging data insights to optimize marketing campaigns to achieve client KPIs
- Experience simplifying complex data concepts and explaining to others (internally and externally).
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI (refreshing reports, writing basic Queries)
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Invoca or other comparable Call Listening Software is a plus.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
