Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess children's progress through standardized testing and observations to tailor educational approaches to individual needs.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns.
• Provide early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support in their learning journey.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
