What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator - Fulltime Evening/Overnight position at YSB of Monroe County?
Responsible for supervising and directing assigned personnel and monitoring and supervising shelter residents. Conduct intake of youths to shelter. Answer phones, read and record activities in daily log, coordinate resident schedules, review and update resident medication schedules, dispense medications to shelter residents according to physician instructions and maintain related records. Other tasks as assigned. Full time training for this position will take place on varied shifts including days, evenings, and overnights. Permanent shifts specified below will begin September 15th, 2023.

Per regulation, this is awake staff.
Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum of high school diploma or GED. Associates degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred but not required. Previous experience working with at risk youth strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug screen and background checks.
$43,608 annually starting salary with benefits based on Monroe County Government salary ordinance. 35 hours per week.
